Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and audits to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, including findings, recommendations, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS, Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
