Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for electrical and electronic components, with a focus on RF products.
- Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and validations of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC, MIL-STD).
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, reducing defects and improving yield.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to assess material quality, perform audits, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and compliance records for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and best practices in quality control.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry standards in RF and electronics manufacturing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the electronics or RF manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of RF testing methodologies, electrical measurements, and troubleshooting (e.g., S-parameters, impedance matching, signal integrity).
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and automated test systems.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and familiarity with standards like IPC-A-610, ISO 13485, or AS9100.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical drawings.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
