Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, RBA, and other relevant standards.
- Lead ESG initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction strategies and sustainability reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements and prepare for audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze QMS performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate quality and compliance risks.
- Train and mentor team members on QMS best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging ESG frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in ESG management, carbon strategy, and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of RBA, ISO 9001, and other relevant compliance standards.
- Experience with audit preparation and management, including internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Lead Auditor, or similar are highly desirable.
