Responsibility
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for VMS and Access Control systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including cameras, access control panels, and alarms.
- Perform regular system audits and updates to enhance security and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations for system inspections and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in security systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system maintenance, preferably in security or control center environments.
- Proficiency in VMS platforms (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon) and Access Control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control) are a plus.
