Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the deployment of field resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, tracking progress and adjusting allocations to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor resource utilization, identifying inefficiencies and recommending cost-saving or productivity-enhancing solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess field conditions, verify compliance with safety protocols, and address logistical challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on resource performance, project milestones, and potential risks to management.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to forecast resource needs and secure necessary supplies or subcontractors.
- Implement and enforce company policies, industry standards, and best practices for field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in field coordination, project management, or operations, preferably in engineering or construction sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
