Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and provide timely solutions to maintain production efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute electrical upgrades, expansions, or modifications to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and maintenance activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors for electrical parts, services, and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a vocational diploma with extensive experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, supervision, or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, PLCs, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and hazard prevention measures (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters) and software for design or maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime or on-call duties.
