Responsibility
- Lead and execute routine and preventive maintenance projects to ensure optimal performance of engineering systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and provide cost-effective solutions to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, and recommend improvements for process optimization.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in engineering maintenance and project management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering maintenance, project execution, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, schematics, and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in engineering environments.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
