Responsibility
- Oversee site planning and coordination for architectural projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, including quality control, safety compliance, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to architectural plans and identify potential risks or deviations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, architectural works, or construction supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in architectural and structural elements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
