We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems for high-impact construction and development projects.

Your expertise will drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in our projects across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and review MEPF designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to integrate MEPF systems into project plans.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for MEPF components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose cost-effective, efficient solutions.
- Ensure all systems meet energy efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
- Document project progress, changes, and final deliverables for client handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEPF engineering, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for MEPF design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
