Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in agricultural machinery, control panels, and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards (e.g., PUIL, NEC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-efficient solutions and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and system performance metrics.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and upgrades as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and conduct training on electrical safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize power distribution systems to support 24/7 operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; vocational training with relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or agricultural machinery.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, transformers, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and maintenance software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g., K3).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
