Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other industrial engineering methodologies.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Conduct time-motion studies and ergonomic assessments to improve workplace safety and productivity.
- Design and implement layout improvements for manufacturing facilities to maximize space utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track production efficiency and quality metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align processes with business goals.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes and best practices to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or production analysis, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistical tools, and process mapping software (e.g., Minitab, AutoCAD, Visio).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
