Are you a Process Engineer passionate about driving innovation in semiconductor manufacturing? Carsem, a global leader in power packaging solutions, is seeking a dynamic End-of-Line (EOL) Process Engineer to optimize our molding and singulation processes in Bali.

In this role, you will lead cutting-edge EOL operations, ensuring high-quality output while improving efficiency, yield, and reliability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, troubleshoot challenges, and implement best practices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibility

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain End-of-Line (EOL) processes for semiconductor molding and singulation.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement in yield, efficiency, and cost.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement process enhancements and new technologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and industry best practices.
  • Train and mentor technicians and operators on EOL procedures and safety protocols.
  • Document process parameters, SOPs, and technical reports for continuous improvement.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in molding, singulation, or EOL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of process control, DOE (Design of Experiments), and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferred).
