Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and maintain End-of-Line (EOL) processes for semiconductor molding and singulation.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement in yield, efficiency, and cost.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement process enhancements and new technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor technicians and operators on EOL procedures and safety protocols.
- Document process parameters, SOPs, and technical reports for continuous improvement.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in molding, singulation, or EOL processes.
- Strong knowledge of process control, DOE (Design of Experiments), and statistical analysis.
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 in manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferred).
