Join Agro Snow Sdn Bhd as a Senior QA/QC Manager and lead quality assurance and control initiatives for our state-of-the-art food ingredient plant in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to shape the quality standards of a greenfield facility, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, BRCGS, Halal, and GMP regulations. You will oversee wet extraction and powder ingredient processes, driving operational excellence and maintaining the highest product quality standards.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, BRCGS, Halal, and GMP standards.
- Oversee wet extraction and powder ingredient production processes to maintain product quality and safety.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate quality issues.
- Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of QA/QC activities for regulatory and internal purposes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food safety and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the food or beverage industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000, BRCGS, Halal, and GMP standards.
- Proven experience in wet extraction and powder ingredient processing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and data analysis tools.
- Certification in food safety or quality management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
