Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC protocols for semiconductor and E&IC projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship at all project stages, from procurement to installation.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate quality requirements into project plans.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, and compliance matrices.
- Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure alignment with project quality objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and proposing process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, API, IEC) and client-specific specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC for semiconductor, E&IC, or heavy industrial projects.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) are highly advantageous.
- Proficient in quality management tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D) and inspection techniques (NDT, RT, UT).
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, IEC) and regulatory requirements for industrial projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally internationally.
