Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Conduct detailed inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff on best practices and quality protocols.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all QA activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar standards.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
