Responsibility
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Verify delivery receipts and obtain customer signatures to confirm successful deliveries.
- Ensure all delivered items match the order details and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time logs and customer feedback.
- Assist drivers with navigation and route planning to optimize delivery schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during delivery operations.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates and undergraduates.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 20 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and outdoor environment.
- Basic knowledge of local areas in Bali is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
