Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or distribution according to schedules and priorities.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation and coordinating with transport providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials (if applicable).
- Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours as per operational needs.
