Responsibility
- Conduct on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for semiconductor equipment at customer facilities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA test plans, protocols, and documentation to ensure equipment meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to identify and resolve equipment performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, SEMI, and other relevant industry standards.
- Provide timely and professional communication to stakeholders regarding technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., wafer processing, inspection, or metrology tools).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Proficiency in technical documentation, test protocols, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
