Responsibility
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure high-quality materials and services at optimal costs.
- Supplier Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Analyze market data, supplier performance metrics, and industry trends to inform procurement decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, finance, and logistics teams to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, economic, and logistical challenges.
- Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in manufacturing, electronics, or precision engineering sectors is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.
- Leadership: Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Asian languages is an advantage.
