Responsibility
- Set up and operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture optoelectronic products.
- Assemble and test optoelectronic components according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may affect product quality or efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest manufacturing techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
