Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant quality standards in logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality assurance.
- Train and mentor staff on quality management best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and other quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, CQE) is a plus.
