Responsibility
- Manage and maintain warehouse operations using SAP and WMS systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and shipment tracking.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on best practices for system usage and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in SAP MM/WM and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
