Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor night shift logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all shipments and receipts.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics activities, including shipping schedules and delivery statuses.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during night shift operations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover and continuity of operations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and optimize routes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a night shift role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
