Responsibility
- Oversee daily production and warehousing operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Implement and optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze production and warehousing metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
