Responsibility
- Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals for EPCC projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed cost estimations, including material, labor, and overhead calculations, to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to source high-quality materials and services at optimal prices.
- Perform site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project viability, risks, and technical constraints.
- Design and review AutoCAD layouts and basic engineering drawings to support proposal submissions.
- Prepare and present bid presentations to clients, highlighting technical advantages and cost efficiencies.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders to secure project awards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine proposal strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal management, tendering, or business development within the EPCC, oil & gas, or industrial construction sectors.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, AutoCAD, and technical writing for industrial projects.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for client-facing and internal collaboration.
- Familiarity with local and international tendering regulations (e.g., FIDIC, PERTAMINA, or similar).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar preferred).
