Responsibility
- Review and analyze technical specifications from clients to ensure accurate proposal development
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop comprehensive technical proposals, including system designs, cost estimates, and implementation timelines
- Coordinate with engineering teams to source appropriate technical components and solutions
- Prepare and present proposal presentations to clients, addressing technical queries and concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial systems technologies and market trends
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions to support the sales process
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal templates and technical documentation
- Provide post-proposal support including technical clarifications and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal engineering, sales engineering, or technical sales within the industrial systems sector
- Strong technical background in industrial automation, control systems, or manufacturing equipment
- Proven experience in preparing technical proposals and cost estimates for industrial projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency in CAD software, technical documentation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in technical documentation
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams
