Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to align project goals with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations in all project phases.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local building codes.
