Responsibility
- Develop and optimize etching processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Lead process transfer activities from R&D to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process scalability and efficiency.
- Conduct process characterization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze process performance using statistical methods.
- Document and maintain process specifications and work instructions.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on etching.
- Strong knowledge of plasma etching, wet etching, and related technologies.
- Experience with process development, transfer, and optimization.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
