Responsibility
- Develop and implement TPM strategies to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams to ensure adherence to TPM principles and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a TPM or maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of TPM principles, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in TPM or related fields is a plus.
