Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end electrical project execution, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil, mechanical, and architectural disciplines, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in electrical engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit and other industry-standard software for design and simulation.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
