Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for a range of scientific instrumentation, including calibration, maintenance, and repair.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including service reports, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in scientific instrumentation and recommend upgrades or new technologies to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, coordinating with procurement teams to ensure availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical preferred) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance, or support for scientific instrumentation.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometers, or Mass Spectrometers.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in relevant instrumentation (e.g., manufacturer-specific training) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
