Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese teams, ensuring clear documentation and reporting in both languages.
- Design and maintain production layouts, equipment specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in CAD software, process simulation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is highly desirable.
