Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with design and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, reports, and documentation for stakeholders and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and authority regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on landed or high-rise developments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, permits, and compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
