Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize End of Line (EOL) test processes for new semiconductor products to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to define test specifications and validate product functionality.
- Design and execute test protocols, scripts, and fixtures for automated and manual testing, ensuring accuracy and repeatability.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by coordinating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve EOL-related issues during ramp-up.
- Document test procedures, results, and reports in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) and internal quality systems.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance test methodologies to reduce cycle time, cost, and defect rates.
- Provide technical training and guidance to production staff on EOL testing equipment and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor testing, EOL engineering, or NPI roles, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of test equipment (ATE), test programming (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C++), and data analysis tools.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
- Familiarity with semiconductor packaging processes, PCB assembly, and quality standards (IPC-A-610, JEDEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) for cross-border collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or commute as required.
