Join Nityo Infotech in shaping the future of data center infrastructure in Bali! We are seeking a Senior Structural/Civil Engineer with expertise in design and construction to lead critical projects for our global client in the booming data center industry.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in developing state-of-the-art data centers in Bali’s strategic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. Your expertise will ensure the structural integrity, compliance, and efficiency of facilities that power the digital economy.

Responsibility
- Lead the structural and civil design of data center facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes (e.g., IBC, Eurocode, SNI).
- Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and geotechnical assessments for new data center constructions.
- Develop and review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs for civil/structural works, including foundations, slabs, and load-bearing systems.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to integrate structural requirements with other disciplines.
- Conduct structural analysis using software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD Civil 3D) to optimize designs for seismic and load-bearing performance.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to designs, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with local authorities for permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and resolve on-site structural/civil engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in structural/civil design and construction, with at least 3 years in data centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proficient in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and composite structures, as well as seismic design principles.
- Experience with international standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI) and Indonesian regulations (SNI, PUPR).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
