Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate project viability.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Optimize project workflows using lean methodologies and digital tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and CAD tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
