Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end customer projects from RFQ to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain) to streamline project workflows.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and risk management plans.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or NPI environments.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or Primavera).
- Familiarity with ISO, IATF, or other relevant industry standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
