Responsibility
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for engineering projects and audits.
- Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and hands-on workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD software, or quality control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is advantageous.
- Passion for engineering and continuous improvement with a proactive attitude.
