Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for water pump system installations, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including risk assessments, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to technical specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee system performance, durability, and safety.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to secure permits and ensure compliance with environmental and industry standards.
- Resolve project-related issues proactively, mitigating risks and optimizing resource allocation.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on water systems, pump stations, or infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million IDR projects from inception to handover.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pump technologies, and water treatment processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft technical reports and presentations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
