Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts) to define project requirements and milestones.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflows and deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., velocity, burn rate) and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements within the PMO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects (e.g., cloud migrations, ERP implementations, digital transformations).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies with tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); familiarity with Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
