Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (development, design, QA), and senior management to clarify requirements and resolve conflicts.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and adapt methodologies to optimize team productivity and deliverable quality.
- Monitor KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Foster a collaborative culture, mentoring team members and promoting best practices in project management and client engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in technology and project management to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, ClickUp) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in risk assessment, budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Experience working with distributed teams or in startup/scale-up environments is highly desirable.
