Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to optimize team productivity and morale.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI) and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development or IT projects.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills in a global environment.
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for large-scale projects.
- Technical understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern tech stacks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python).
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable, innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Tagalog, Indonesian) are advantageous.
