Are you a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Protection & Substation Automation Systems? Search Personnel is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee end-to-end project execution in Bali, Indonesia, ensuring seamless delivery from planning to commissioning.
In this critical role, you will drive the implementation of cutting-edge protection and automation solutions for substations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects that power the future of energy infrastructure.

Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of HV/MV protection and substation automation projects from inception to closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to align technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC 61850, IEEE, etc.), safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting of protection schemes, relays, and automation systems.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and post-project reviews to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including scope changes, resource constraints, and technical challenges.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management for HV/MV substation automation or protection systems.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects in the power utility or industrial sector.
- Deep technical knowledge of protection relays (SEL, ABB, Siemens), SCADA, and IEC 61850 protocols.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CEng are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia as required.
