We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a strong background in electrical engineering to help us maintain our high standards of efficiency and safety.
Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical system upgrades.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications for record-keeping.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Technician in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and automation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial machinery is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid electrical technician certification (e.g., Sertifikasi Ketenagakerjaan) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
