Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for construction, renovation, and facilities management initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency strategies using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and Savillsā operational policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, stakeholder updates, and post-project evaluations to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks (e.g., delays, budget overruns) through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
- Foster client relationships by ensuring transparent communication and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory; PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within construction, facilities management, or real estate.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
