Responsibility

  • Lead and manage end-to-end showroom renovation projects for luxury automotive brands, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align project deliverables with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services, negotiating with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from renovation to showroom activation.
  • Implement sustainable practices and innovative solutions to enhance facility efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, construction, or retail renovation projects, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with budgets exceeding IDR 500 million.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
