Responsibility

  • Assist the Institution Lead in strategic planning and execution of Facilities Development projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and space utilization analyses to optimize facility layouts and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk management plans to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor selection, negotiations, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability best practices in all facility-related activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities planning, project management, or construction, preferably in an institutional or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end facility development projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD/BIM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia (preferred).
  • Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or CFM are highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
