In this critical role, you'll manage all aspects of plumbing and sanitary installations for new developments, renovations, and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes while delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibility
- Lead and manage all plumbing and sanitary projects from planning to completion across Bali's key regions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary project management
- Proven track record with HDB/BTO/EC projects or similar large-scale developments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments
