Responsibility
- Lead and manage piling and foundation construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of piling operations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts on-site, applying problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, clients, and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and permits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in piling/foundation construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, bridges, or industrial facilities).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of piling techniques (e.g., driven piles, bored piles, sheet piling) and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Certifications in PMP, OSHA, or HSE are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
