Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of M&E, infrastructure, and solar energy projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies to secure project approvals and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on M&E, infrastructure, or renewable energy (solar).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and permitting processes for construction and energy projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on sustainability.
